For the past seven years, Karzan and Shwan have owned and operated Blue Collar Construction, which has been a trusted name in the industry, building high-quality residential homes, retirement villages and apartments for large, well-known development companies such as Fletcher Living and Naylor Love. Through this experience, we’ve perfected our skills, built strong relationships, and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to create quality forever homes for kiwis.

Now, Blue Collar are taking that expertise to the next level—offering high-quality standalone residential homes where we handle everything from project management to the final build.
