Mangere development is a project we completed in 2022 for Mike Greer developments. This was the first time working with the Mike Greer team. We were awarded 8 units at first, once we reached ready for roof stage ahead of schedule, due to the efficiencies and quality results by our leading hands we were quickly awarded the remaining units from the other contractors.

This was challenging job for a number of reasons, one of which the roof structure had two valleys meeting to one rain head making it unable to be flashed in metal. Our builder was instructed to mock up a box gutter as a solution, which the architect and council was happy with the. Parking was also an issue but thanks to the team taking the initiative to car pool and park sensibly there wasn’t an issue. We realize there isn’t always going to be ideal conditions and situations in construction so the ability to navigate these problems and produce results is one we take pride in.
